Solo travelers, true escape
I had a fantastic four nights here, making memories that I won't forget. The venison and steak were just incredible, high quality ingredients that blew me away, and the staff, well they were like family, always keen to chat and share stories.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for.

Charming decor, but the narrow staircase was challenging with luggage.

Had a fun group trip! We loved exploring the stunning landscapes and indulging in snow sports at Nevis Range. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Recommendations, try the homemade bread at the restaurant! it’s worth noting that room access involves a narrow staircase, so just a heads up.
One downside was that our room got quite warm during our stay, and there wasn't much cooling available, while other areas felt comfortable.

Unique access to Glenfinnan Viaduct, stunning mountain views from rooms, inviting and communal dining area
Dated furniture and decor could use a thorough update!!! Limited parking space creates hassle, especially for those driving!!! Weak shower pressure makes a refreshing experience impossible!!!

Our family stay was delightful! The charming decor truly made us feel like we had stepped back in time, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our children. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the stunning viaduct. The only drawback was that our room got a bit warm at times, but it didn’t overshadow our overall experience.

Amazing food and cozy vibes!
I only stayed for one night but wow, it was a highlight! The room was comfy and the bistro had some seriously great seafood and venison steak. Plus, the wine prices were decent. Only bummer was that parking was kinda tight. Still, breakfast was awesome and the service was super friendly!

A Delightful Stay in a Scenic Location
We enjoyed a cozy night in a beautifully decorated superior twin room. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was a standout! Strolling to see the steam train over the viaduct made for a memorable experience. Don't miss the crowdie cake for dessert!

friendly service but room needs improvement
We appreciated the genuine and welcoming service from Jan and the lovely greetings from Ina. The dining experience surpassed our expectations, especially the fresh oysters and mussels that stood out as highlights of our stay.
Unfortunately, the room felt slightly dated, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.
